A Year in Photos

January 4, 2017

As we cuff our pant legs and begin pedal-pushing into the new year, we took a moment to reflect and compile our favorite pics from 2016.

Here's to rolling through yet another year with all of you who helped get Mission Bicycle where we are today.

Pure Imagination. We distributed 500 Golden Tickets (mostly wedged in the spokes of parked biycles) throughout the city. We kicked off the new year with a terribly suspensful Wonka-esque drawing in our "factory." RIP Gene Wilder.

Dawn. The day begins with a Blinksteady blur just outside the shop on Valencia St.

Married by Bike. In April Jefferson and Gary tied the knot!

In the canyon of a Richard Serra. What an honor to create a colaborative bike with one of our favorite institutions: SFMOMA.

1906 Earthquake. Last summer we launched a series of historical and cultural guided tours.

Lucky. We've officially been a thing for 7 whole years this year...and we made a bike about it!

Taking a View. Sometimes you've just got to get above the city and breathe in it's beauty. We love it.

Another Summer of Love. We try to ride every day. But a sunny day in the Mission can't be beat.

1 Speed 1 Year. We celebrated our production manager Josh's 1 year anniversary. It's hard to imagine there was ever a tiime before him.

2016 New Favorite. One of our favorite new items this year. Catch up. Must (go) hard. Relish (the ride).

12 Mysteries a Year. The San Francisco Midnight Mystery Ride.

So Far So Good. Started throwing gigs with Sofar Sounds this past year. Expect more in 2017.

Merry. Just in time for the holidays we introduced a novel idea for our customers to relate on a near-universal truth.

What's Next? We're working on a new video due out in the spring. Stay tuned for details.
