This tour has been designed to give new residents the tools they need to become expert San Francisco commuters. We'll cover essentials like the Wiggle crosstown route, popular lane connections, route planning to avoid hills, and where you should or shouldn't lock up. We'll explore when to follow the spirit, rather than the letter of the law, and show you how to connect with bike community events.

The tour begins with a 1-hour discussion, followed by a 2-hour group ride.

The tour price includes a city bicycle map and a $35 membership to the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition (SFBC). The 10,000+ member SFBC has been advocating for cyclists for over 40 years. Joining is an essential part of becoming a local.
